To count unique daily visits, Vercel Analytics derives a short-lived hash from request metadata combined with a salt that rotates every day and is then discarded. No visitor profile is built, and no cross-site tracking is performed. The information collected is used only to produce aggregate statistics such as page views, referrers, and approximate country of origin.
No information collected through analytics is used for advertising or marketing, and none of it is sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
Cross-border processing
